As Managing Partner for Sean Logan & Associates LLC, Sean Logan helps build and execute effective strategies to navigate complex legislative, administrative and regulatory issues. With more than 25 years of public policy experience at the local, state, regional and national levels, Sean has developed a solid reputation as a problem solver and consensus builder.

Sean’s prior public experience was most recently as chief of conservation for the Muskingum Watershed Conservancy District in eastern Ohio from 2011 to 2013. Before his two years at MWCD, Sean was a member of Governor Strickland’s Cabinet by serving as director of the Ohio Department of Natural Resources from 2007-2011. He also was a Columbiana County Commissioner for 6 years and was first elected to public office in 1990 at the age of 24 as a State Representative serving in the Ohio House for 10 years focusing on the environment and natural resource committees.

Sean is a graduate from Muskingum University with a degree in political science and speech communication and earned a law degree from Capital University Law School.
